A resilient operating system is not exclusively reactive. To build tolerance for heavy system loads, you must proactively log clean data (gratitude, moments of clarity, and flow states) into permanent storage. Routine optimization via the [TERMINAL_PAD_V1] hardcodes stability into your local environment.
