A resilient operating system requires proactive network maintenance. You cannot always control the inputs your nervous system receives, but you dictate the output. Transmission Routing is our mechanical framework for off-cushion Metta (loving-kindness) meditation. It involves actively generating positive bandwidth and routing it to an internal or external target, reinforcing the Decent, Nice, and Reasonable (DNR) baseline and producing real-world consideration.

Selecting a processor is not a passive checkbox; it requires the active generation of bandwidth via a Silent Command directed at your target. You must silently repeat a targeted transmission for a few cycles.
